Jason’s Priorities
Justice
Jason Lowe's commitment to justice has shaped his life, career and faith. With degrees from Virginia State University and Oklahoma City University School of Law, he founded The Lowe Law Firm in 2009, dedicated to ensuring justice for all. As Representative for House District 97, he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to public service: His legislative efforts include promoting responsible policing, advocating for rehabilitation over incarceration for non-violent offenders and pushing for increased educational funding for public schools and HBCUs like Langston University. In addition to his legislative work, Lowe's is active in the "Know Your Rights" forum which educates Oklahomans on legal matters and gathers feedback on community issues. His annual Family Fun Day events showcase his commitment to empowering and supporting the community and have provided over 10,000 families with free school supplies, health screenings, haircuts, and more.

Infrastructure
Jason Lowe understands the critical importance of well-maintained infrastructure in Oklahoma County. With over 200 miles of roads in District 1, he is dedicated to ensuring they remain safe for both drivers and cyclists. Lowe is committed to regular maintenance, timely repairs and enhancements that promote road safety. Additionally, he will work to expand bus services to improve public transportation access, making it easier for residents to commute efficiently. His focus on infrastructure reflects his dedication to fostering a connected and secure community for all.
Mental Health
Jason Lowe knows that mental health and addiction treatment should be readily available to all, and that a comprehensive mental healthcare facility should be the centerpiece of the new county detention center. He is dedicated to providing better alternatives to incarceration for those in crisis. Our county detention center, often the default solution, is not suitable for our most vulnerable residents.
